Marine Chaweng Beach Resort

Marine Chaweng beach resort is simply amazing. The accommodation is just wonderful. The bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are clean, cool, up to date, modern and spacious. There is air conditioning and a fridge to keep yourself and any refreshments you may need cool in the Thai heat! I would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat, the experience is like no other hotel experience I've ever had before, it was that good! The walk from the bungalow to the beach is something that I will treasure for a lifetime the service at the hotel restaurant quite frankly rivals some of the best hotels in the world in my opinion. They also went the extra mile and transported us to the airport early in the morning, so that is something we were really grateful for as the owners work super hard to ensure the best experience for the customers. Clearly they can't do enough for their clientele! The views from the hotel restaurant are utterly divine and I'm already wanting to come back for an even longer stay next time!! I really don't understand why this place has any bad reviews at all, the place is an absolute gem of a hotel in Koh Samui close to everything but quiet enough to get a comfortable nights sleep. The staff was off the charts awesome. That all by itself just makes it all worth it. The rates and location were also awesome.

We upgraded our 2 person houses to a 3 rooms house on the beach ( like on the picture): a living room with good size TV, fridge, a sink , a shelf and a bar stand . There was only one king size bed in the bedroom but they kindly put two more beds for children. Then there was a dressing room with spacious built in wardrobe. It’s quite dated and we couldn’t use drawers there but we had enough space to put our clothes without using them. The third bedroom was a bathroom with a shower and bath, which I loved to take before sleep occasionally. A terrace with a bench and coffee table was facing the beach, the hammock area and the sea.

The resort is an absolute dream! You can walk right out from your bungalow onto the beach, there's a lovely reception/restaurant area right on the beach (the food that we tried there was lovely). The bungalows are great size, really good air conditioning and very comfy beds.

I liked how chilled everything was. Our bungalow was 10 feet from the beach. The place was fully booked but so peaceful day and night. The shower was amazing & hot or cold what ever temperature you wanted. One english tv channel. Brilliant working aircon. A fridge, toilet roll, 2 glasses lots of plug sockets. The bed wasn't the comfiest but i was still able to get a good sleep. Bed sheets all clean including towels. We booked one night and extended our stay by one more night.... We tried longer however fully booked.
